Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work for water purifiers and related products purchased from eWaterPurifier. Please read it together with our Terms of Use.
1. Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purifier and your water. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right β through replacement, repair, or refund as set out below.
2. Returns Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Certain items (such as used filter cartridges or opened consumables) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective.
3. Defective or Damaged on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not working as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
4. Installation
Where free installation is included, our technician will verify the unit works correctly at the time of installation. If a fault is found during or shortly after installation, we will repair or replace the unit under this policy and any applicable manufacturer warranty.
5. Warranty
Products may carry a manufacturer or eWaterPurifier warranty covering specified parts for a stated period. Warranty claims are handled through repair or replacement of the covered part. Normal wear items such as filters and membranes are covered only where they are defective, not through ordinary use.
6. Shipping Costs on Returns
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns within the window, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility, and any original delivery/installation cost may be deducted from the refund.
7. How to Request a Refund or Return
Email info@ewaterpurifier.com or use our Contact page with your order number, the item, and a description (with photos for damage/defects). Once approved and β where applicable β the item is received and inspected, we process refunds to your original payment method. The time to appear depends on your payment provider.
