5. AI Tools & No Lab-Test Substitute

Our AI tools generate general water-quality guidance using artificial intelligence. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and depend on the information you provide.

Important: our tools are for general education only and are not a substitute for certified laboratory water testing. For any health-critical decision, have your water professionally tested and consult a qualified specialist.

6. Products, Orders & Installation

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice, and we may correct errors or cancel an order affected by an error.
Where offered, free delivery and installation apply within stated service areas.
Returns, replacements, warranty, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service unlawfully; scrape or copy content by automated means; reverse-engineer our tools; interfere with or overload our systems or bypass usage limits; or impersonate any person or entity.

8. Intellectual Property
